Join in the Ubuntu Tweak Testing team!

First I'm sorry for the mistake, the previous version(0.4.5) has many bugs, especially the Clean Old Config can't work. I think much about how to decrease the Ubuntu Tweak's bug when every release, so the Ubuntu Tweak Testing team comes out!
