I use UT karmic on the Jolicloud too and so far I haven't experienced any problems with the sources, programs and package cleaner.

The Startup modifications work fine to.

The Desktop modifications might be pointless since jolicloud uses the NBR which is already a own modification.

Some of the personal and system mods are working, as well some again wont make sense in Jolicloud. So good 60% of the tweaks are working. I like UT as an valuable addon on Jolicloud and could not life without it.

Wait, so Ubuntu Tweak 0.5 will not work on any distro that isn't 9.10 or 9.10 based? That's a shame. I'm running Jolicloud, which is a Jaunty-based distro, and I've used Ubuntu Tweak to do basically all of my configuration.

Two recommendations:
1. Skype has been removed from medibuntu repo, so skype repo and medibuntu no longer conflict.
2. getdeb repo should be added.
