Hi,, I like Ubuntu-tweak,, But I have problem when I want to install it on Ubuntu 9.10,,

I have added the sources and key,, When I write ’sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak’ that’s what I see:
omar@omar-desktop:/$ sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak

i have a bug…
i went to DESKTOP>GNOME and under history unchecked Enable system-wide “Recent Documents” list

it didnt disable recend documents… do i have to restart?

im running 9.10

you can add this ppa to ubuntu-tweak
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/gilir/updates/ubuntu karmic main

It resolves the behavior for notify-osd. The problems for displaying the notification correctly like in jaunty.

Hello

Ubuntu Tweak is really a great software, I use it since ubuntu 8.04 and today I make a new Install of Karmic 64bit, of course I make ubuntu tweak fresh install.

Thank you for this great tool.It helped me a lot when I first started using ubuntu.It’s the first thing I install.
I am experiencing a problem with the “unlock” button.When I click o it nothing pops up.
I am using karmic koala beta with all the updates.

I cannot confirm, that the authorization error is solved. I have this unknown error even now. I’m using 9.10 Karmic with all updates. What can I do to use it anyway or to fix it?
