Hi,, I like Ubuntu-tweak,, But I have problem when I want to install it on Ubuntu 9.10,,

I have added the sources and key,, When I write 'sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak' that's what I see:
omar@omar-desktop:/$ sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
ubuntu-tweak: Depends: policykit-gnome but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

What can I do to install it?

Sorry my English is not good ,my language is Arabic

I cannot confirm, that the authorization error is solved. I have this unknown error even now. I'm using 9.10 Karmic with all updates. What can I do to use it anyway or to fix it?

Thanks in advance
