Just downloaded the latest version 0.5. No xorg, medibuntu and restricted extras ppa anymore. Pretty much renders this program useless. These were the main attractions due to their difficulty in installing. now all it does is install useless themes which can be found at gnome-look or install one of the millions of audio players out there. Also, the wine ppa is broken.

NOT A GOOD UPDATE AT ALL.

Hi!
I am using Hardy 8.04.3.
I could not update Openoffice 2.4 to 3.1 with
ubuntu-tweak.
I found “Pakages” files in

http://ppa.launchpad.net/openoffice-pkgs/ppa/ubuntu/dists/hardy/main/binary-i386/

are empty. Is this the problem?

re: Unlock. the problem I wrote about occurred while I was booting from a USB stick. Solved it when I installed to a hard drive. Thanks.

Great program. I am new to ubuntu and used it without fail on 1 system. However, I am getting the following message when attempting to unlock the program:
Could not authenticate
An unexpected error has occurred.
I don’t know why the unlock code is not present on this system? Thanks.

I have only one sugestion:

The implementation of grub options – gnome doesn’t have a good one, compared to Kgrubeditor.

Or implementing the gfxmenu – but not the one on ubuntu rep (it’s broken). Use http://sidux.com/debian/pool/main/g/grub-gfxboot/ instead.
