Bugfixed release: Ubuntu Tweak 0.4.3

Well, sorry for my mistake. So I release this bugfixed version only three days after Ubuntu Tweak 0.4.2's release. Of course I can fix the bug in one day and release immediately, but I need to wait for the translations so that it will be more usable.
