A good news about Ubuntu Tweak: it finally has been added to the Launchpad PPA repository!
From now on, you can always follow the newest version of Ubuntu Tweak if you added the source. And another good news is: I’m now in holiday, the development is start again! Here comes the Ubuntu Tweak 0.2.5, just a bug fixed release.

How to add the source of Ubuntu Tweak
No matter which Ubuntu do you use, open your terminal, type the command to run gedit(or other editor in your opinion) to modify the sources.list:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
And put the two line into it:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ubuntu gutsy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ubuntu gutsy main
Then update the source and install or upgrade Ubuntu Tweak:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
if you have installed, just type:
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Ubuntu Tweak 0.2.5 release notes:
- Fixed the bug that can’t run on powerpc.
- Fixed the bug cause by non-wallpaper.
- New Compiz Fusion version check method.
- User interaction improve: child item will be selected automatically.
- Added the Spanish, Swedish, Czech, Norwegen translation.

My Norwegian translation doesn’t work. It is currently set up as no_NO, but needs to be nb_NO (there are two different versions of Norwegian) You can leave in both, I think.

Come to think about it, you can put this package in as language nn_NO as well. There are differnt languages in Norway, but they are really similar, so nn-users will likely prefer nb over English. I’ll see about making a dedicated nn-translation as well.
YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS IF: you have apt-get or aptitude configured to check GPG signatures (which is the default under Gutsy and I believe since at least Dapper). Quickly browsing this site did not point out an obvious link to same.
If you are running your package manager from teh command line, it will complain but give you the opportunity to accept an untrusted package. No such option will be given for an automated or GUI-driven update (this includes the automatic-update white-star-on-red-field icon in GNOME).
Users should be advised to run update and dist-upgrade manually until the appropriate GnuPG public key is published and added to your keyring. Developer folks: great that you’ve got the channel up; can we finish the job now? THANKS!

If you have time, I think you can upload the translation to launchpad by yourself. Once the first uploading is finished, it can be translated by any other people who want to translate it.
I think it’s the best way.

By the way. You have put Norwegian as ne_NO. That language doesn’t exist, and can be removed.

I only use “pygettext” to create the po template and use module “gettext” in application.

@Oktay: If you’re using, just double click the file and it should install itself after you punch in your password. A better way is to:
Terminal:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
add the following line:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ubuntu gutsy main
to the file, and update the repos in synaptic. Install ubuntu-tweak, and you’re good to go. This way you’ll get notice on updates.
